Shipping

All orders from fabulousdesigns.eu will be shipped out from Latvia. Before ordering make sure to check out your countries custom duty tax policy as we cannot be held responsible for any additional import charges payable on delivery of your order. The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

A variable delivery charge will be applied at the checkout, according to the country of destination and weight of your order. See the price guide below or simply enter the items into your basket for a quote. Individual product item weights are displayed on product pages.

 

Estimated delivery time may vary and is not guaranteed. Order processing time takes from 2 to 5 business days. No deliveries take place on weekends and bank holidays.

We make a point to ship your product out as soon as possible. We work with trusted 3rd party delivery services, whose capacity is independent of our own service, meaning their delivery actions and methods are under their own regulations. During the holidays Postal system experiences high volumes of deliveries so you may experience delays in receiving your order. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, costs or costs associated with delays in shipment or delivery.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items. We gladly refund costs of the item after it has been returned back to us.

Once you receive an e-mail confirmation that your order is sent along with the tracking number, the shipping address cannot be changed and you are held responsible to contact the carrier company and arrange a repeated delivery or self pick up. Please follow the progress of your shipment to ensure your availability at the shipping address when your order is being delivered by the carrier.

If it’s very important that you receive an order by a specific date, we suggest using the Express Delivery option. It will be shipped with Express Mail Service (EMS) directly to your address. Please leave a phone N so the carrier can contact you in case you are not in the address.

If Fabulous Designs accidentally sent you an incorrect item we take full responsibility and will ship out your order again as soon as possible! 

Returns

You have 30 days to cancel your order under our 30 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item*. Just make sure goods are returned with proof of purchase, in new and unused condition and if possible the original packaging.

Please read the items description carefully, be attentive by choosing complication, color and sizing. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days after arrival - and we'll see what we can do to help. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us. We value your feedback, and strive to make a positive shopping experience for you!

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Fabulous Designs for any reason, you have thirty days from the date of delivery to request a refund.*

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of delivery date. To request an RMA, write to shop@fabulousdesigns.eu
  2.  Returned Product must be in original condition and in original packaging.
  3.  All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.

* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Fabulous Designs determines that.

If you wish to exchange to another item (e.g. a different design), please notify our customer service team at shop@fabulousdesigns.eu. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and additional shipping charges can be applied to sending out the exchanged item (shipping charges vary according to the selected method of delivery).

If you return Product to Fabulous Designs (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package, we retains the right to either refuse returns that do not comply with conditions (a) or (b) or refuse replacement or refund.

A refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within two (2) weeks after receiving your return and once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check.

If the returned item has clear signs of use, we reserves the right to issue a partial refund by deducting an amount equal to the damage.
